Interface Designer facilitates creation of modules, applications, forms and processes. It has a unique repository of standard UI components such as checkboxes, text fields, drop downs, which can be used through the drag and drop feature. The interface is provided with rich internet applications such as AJAX for providing a highly intuitive and responsive user experience. It has a Zero code functionality that provides automatic generation of code in the back-end, thereby eliminating the need of re-writing it. Furthermore, it incorporates rules defined by the business rules engine in the processes. Also the application behavior is defined through various conditional operators such as “If else”, “What If”. A primary component in the Interface Designer is the Grid component. The ‘grid’ offers all functionalities of a standard spreadsheet application and can be extremely useful in working with large volumes of data. It allows for multiple drill downs into the datasets for greater data visibility. One of the other striking features is auto versioning. This facilitates the tracking of features added and/or changed.
